Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all European Union (EU) countries.

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and local postal services.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum order required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

MARKARIS ships from international fulfillment centers. For EU customers, VAT may be included at checkout. Any additional customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost package: If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of the shipping date, please contact us at megamark.com@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Damaged package: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement as a priority, or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible.
